MAF 512 Aquaculture Management I (Species, systems and environmental issues): focus on species, environment, management, economics and operational aspects of sustainable aquaculture operations.

MAF 513 Aquaculture Management II (Advanced Techniques in Sustainable Aquaculture): focus on science and technology issues related to aquaculture and the environment. This is primarily a lab course, taking place especially in the hatchery.

MAF 519 Aquaculture Management III: Practical, hands-on experience is provided during a 2-week fieldtrip to Panama. During the last 6 years this course has been thought together with the Annual Tuna Workshop at the Interamerican Tropical Tuna Commission (IATTC) as a part of collaborative agreement with UM RSMAS.
